Jason Trichel

Head of US Global Sales and Business Development, Amazon

Jason Trichel is a senior leader in Amazon’s international organization.  As the head of Global Selling in the US, Mr. Trichel is responsible for helping third party Sellers discover and take advantage of international expansion with Amazon.  Countries and regions of focus include North America, European Union, China, Japan, India, Korea, and Southeast Asia.  Jason is passionate about enabling 3rd party Sellers from all over the world to bring unique selection to Amazon’s customers all over the world.

Previously, as the Category Leader of Amazon Art from 2013-2014, Jason oversaw the business strategy, customer experience and launch plan for this 3rd party category enabling art galleries and dealers to connect  with Amazon’s customers.

Prior to joining Amazon, Mr. Trichel served in leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and Apple, Inc. Jason also served in the US Navy as a nuclear submarine officer as well as an intelligence analyst. Jason holds a MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business where he was a Keller Scholar, and a BS in Product Design from Stanford University where he was a National Merit Scholar.
